34931A | Dual 4x8 Armature Matrix module for data logger 34980A

The Keysight 34931A module (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) is a slot for the 34980A and, with the 4x8 relay matrix, offers a universally usable unit for simultaneously connecting different measuring instruments to different test points of a module to be tested (DUT / Device Under Test) .

Several matrix modules can be controlled via the analog bus of the 34980A in order to be able to set up a measuring system with an even higher number of channels. 512 channels can be implemented with 2-wire measurements - and this with a basic device.
With the standard 50-pin Dsub connector, normal cables and terminal strips can be contacted.
