Keithley Automated Characterization Suite (ACS) is a flexible, interactive software test environment for device characterization, parametric testing, reliability testing, and even simple functional testing. ACS supports a wide range of Keithley instruments and systems, hardware configurations, and test settings, from some bench-top instruments for use in a QA laboratory to fully integrated and automated rack-based test systems. With ACS, users are able to run tests quickly and without programming knowledge.

Product features:

  • Flexibility in programming preferences for characterization applications - With the Script Editor, ACS has an independent tool with a graphical user interface for generating Python and TSP scripts for instrument control, data analysis and system automation.
  • Automate your data acquisition - The option to automate the wafer probes in ACS makes it easier to link a large number of the most common semi or fully automatic wafer probe stations in your experiment setup, which means that a large amount of data can be acquired in a very short time.
  • Share test projects and results - The essential components of ACS support a variety of hardware configurations, which saves time and increases your productivity.
  • Maximize the productivity of your Keithley hardware - ACS tools simplify test development and maximize the speed of any Keithley instrument integrated into the system.

ACS Basic is compatible with the following Keithley instruments:

  • SMU : Series 2600B, Series 2600A, Series 2400, 2606B, Series 2650
  • Parameter analyzers : 4200A
  • DMM : DMM7510, 2010 series
  • Switching matrices : HVM1212A
  • Switching systems : 707A / B, 708A / B, 3700A
  • Pulse Generators : Series 3400
