The semiconductor switch matrix mainframes, model 707B with six slots and model 708B with one slot, extend Keithley's decades of commitment to innovations in switch systems that have been optimized for semiconductor test applications. These mainframes build on the strengths of their popular predecessors, the 707 / 707A and 708 / 708A models, and add new functions and capabilities that are designed to speed up and simplify system integration and test development. New control options and interfaces offer system manufacturers even greater flexibility in configuring high-performance switching systems for use in laboratory and production environments. It is also important that both new mainframes are compatible with the popular switch cards developed for the 707A and 708A models, which simplifies and minimizes the cost of migrating the switch system.
