The Keithley 6485 5½-digit picoammeter combines accurate current measurement with increased speed and a robust design. With eight current measurement ranges and high-speed automation, this cost-effective device can measure currents from 20 fA to 20 mA at speeds of up to 1,000 readings per second.

With its 10 fA resolution and excellent sensitivity, the 6485 is well suited for characterizing low current phenomena, while its 20 mA range allows it to measure currents sufficient for applications such as measuring 4-20 mA sensor loops.
