6482 | 2-channel picoammeter / voltage source 6400 series

The Keithley 6482 Picoammeter offers two independent channels for a wide range of low-level measurement applications that require two-channel measurements. The Model 6482 builds on the proven measurement capabilities of the Model 6485 5½-digit picoammeter with the addition of increased measurement resolution, a second measurement channel, and two independent 30V voltage bias sources.

With its dual-channel measurement capabilities, the Keithley 6482 is an excellent measurement tool for analyzing multi-channel devices, monitoring currents at multiple locations on materials, and recording data from multiple sensors simultaneously. The dual channels facilitate control and data aggregation. The greater channel density increases the number of instruments (and channels) that can be accommodated in a small space.
