The new Keithley 2601B-PULSE offers you the full functionality of a SourceMeasureUnit (SMU) and is at the same time an outstanding high-current / high-speed pulse generator with integrated measurement functions.
The 2601B-Pulse has a 10 A current pulse output at 10 V with a pulse width of 10 μs. This makes the Pulse-SMU perfect for testing surface-emitting lasers with a vertical resonator (VCSEL), which are used in LIDAR and face detection, LEDs for lighting and displays, common mode filters, characterization of semiconductor components, surge protection tests and many other applications. The integrated 18-bit digitizer with 1 megasample / second (MSa / s) enables the simultaneous acquisition of current and voltage signals without the need to use a separate instrument, e.g. a digital multimeter.
This powerful solution significantly increases your productivity in applications ranging from benchtop characterization to highly automated pulsed IV production testing. The test script processor (TSPR) of the 2601B-PULSE executes complete test programs for automated system applications. In larger, multi-channel applications, Keithley's TSP-LinkR technology works with TSP technology to enable high speed parallel pulser / SMU per pin testing. Because the 2601B-PULSE provides full isolation that does not require a mainframe, it can be easily reconfigured and reused as your test applications evolve.
There is a trend in all sectors towards products with as many functions as possible. The more features a product has, th...
