2510-AT | Autotuning Source Meter, SMU, for testing laser diode modules

With Keithley devices, it is easy to build a LIV (light-current voltage) system for low-cost testing of laser diode modules.

Fiber-optic alignment device 2502 : The high-speed analog output enables LIV testing in the fiber alignment phase.
TEC-SourceMeter-SMUs, 2510 and 2510-AT : ensure tight temperature control for laser diode modules via the control of the thermoelectric cooler.
