Fiber-optic alignment device 2502 : The high-speed analog output enables LIV testing in the fiber alignment phase.
TEC-SourceMeter-SMUs, 2510 and 2510-AT : ensure tight temperature control for laser diode modules via the control of the thermoelectric cooler.
