The modular DC multi-channel loads of the PEL-2000 series from GW Instek meet the special test requirements for high-performance processes in the semiconductor industry. Power supplies, DC / DC converters and batteries increasingly have to guarantee high-speed operation, which necessitates the use of high-speed loads for quality control and corresponding certification procedures.
The programmable electronic loads of the PEL-2000 series include the two basic units PEL2002A and PEL2004A (mainframes) and four types of load modules PEL-20xxA. Their diverse configuration options allow the flexible adaptation to a wide variety of test conditions, depending on the number of channels required and the maximum power, voltage and current. Investment costs for future test requirements can be significantly reduced.
For test applications in high-performance supply, parallel switching of max. 5 mainframe outputs up to 3.5 kW can be achieved.
