The PSP-KONSTANTER P800 (power factor control single-output system power supplies) is a single-channel, computer-controlled laboratory power supply for universal use in research, development, testing, production, test systems, test equipment construction, system manufacture, training ...
In low-voltage networks and on-board networks (e.g. in the automotive sector), all conceivable voltage profiles with extreme over- and under-voltages and faults must be simulated to see whether all connected components function perfectly under extreme conditions.
Thanks to its extensive setting and programming options, as well as its short setting times and high dynamic range, the PSP constant is perfectly suited for simulating these on-board networks and is therefore also ideal for use in development, production and for piece testing, as well as continuous stress operation with large lot sizes.
Equipped with active power factor control (PFC), the device delivers a power of 800 W at a maximum of 60 V and a maximum of 40 A with UIP characteristic. Special switching regulator technology and mutually optimized state regulators offer high dynamics and short response times for simulating and simulating vehicle electrical systems, such as in the automotive sector. The setting range for output voltage and current can be limited by specifying the setting limits.
The analog interface offers two programmable trigger inputs and three signal outputs that can be linked with different device functions for signaling or controlling external devices as well as an auxiliary supply output. In addition, monitor outputs are available and control inputs for voltage and current setpoints. Sense cables enable sensor operation on the load. Strict menu navigation supports the diverse programming functions. Thanks to expanded sequence memories and functions, the device becomes a freely programmable test signal generator.
