The Fluke SMFT-1000 is the all-in-one solution for testing PV system performance and safety and generating reports faster. The PV Power Analyzer is the ideal companion for PV professionals providing installation, commissioning and maintenance services.

With the multifunctional PV power analyzer, you can check whether PV systems are delivering optimal performance and are working safely. The SMFT-1000 is designed for PV professionals installing, commissioning and maintaining systems up to 1000V DC. The SMFT-1000 meets the requirements of the IEC/EN 62446-1 standard. Fluke TruTest software makes it easy to import, organize and analyze measurement data from installation and commissioning tests on solar systems. This makes it easy to generate reports without having to take a laptop to the site. Thanks to the optimized and simplified workflows, you save a lot of time when working in the field and for documentation.

The Fluke SMFT-1000 is also available as a KIT without Advanced TruTest software and test lead set with MC4 connectors.

Protective earth resistance (RLO)
Voltage at open circuit including polarity (VOC)
Short circuit current (ISC) or operating current with current clamp
Insulation resistance (RINS)

Testing of profitability and system performance (measurement of the IV curve for solar modules/strings) - IEC 62446-1 Part 2:

IV Curve Recorder and associated software for analysis, reporting and certification, includes IV curve analysis and reporting capabilities
Computer Software - Download, upload, review, analyze and print test results
Communication with the irradiation meter IRR2-BT (solar irradiation, inclination, temperature)

Insulation resistance measurement (RINS) with a test voltage of 50 V, 100 V, 250 V, 500 V and 1,000 V

Testing of surge protection devices
AC/DC voltage measurement via 4 mm sockets - functional test by voltage measurement up to 700 V true effective (for sinusoidal voltage up to 60 Hz) and 1,000 V DC. The measurement of alternating voltage and alternating current refers to the frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz (sinusoidal voltage).
