The Fluke Networks OptiFiber Pro series with the revolutionary SmartLoopOTDR (Optical-Time-Domain-Reflectometry) and the event map for the detection of errors within the optical fiber without having to analyze the trace directly, make beginners and experts 65% faster.

Automated trace analysis and setup support applications including data centers, PON and Outside Plant. Extended functions include manual expert mode, pinch-and-zoom for trace depth analysis and SmartLoop for bidirectional measurement. Supports Versiv copper and fiber optic loss certification modules.

With the evolution of fiber optic networks, the need for tests has grown in many places. OTDR are now required for:

Many OTDRs developed for troubleshooting are designed for carriers and contain complex and complex properties. The OptiFiber Pro OTDR family is the first feature and operation class of OTDR for enterprise network engineers and cable installers working in enterprise and OSP environments.

The Fluke Networks OptiFiber Pro OTDR is available in different versions and in different sets. The OFP2-100-M OptiFiber Pro multimode OTDR set contains 1 Versiv 2 mainframe, 1 OptiFiber Pro multimode OTDR module, shoulder strap, USB interface cable, carrying case, AC charger, integrated Wi-Fi, calibration confirmation and brief instructions.

The Versiv platform from Fluke Networks combines copper and fiber optic measurements via a simple, intuitive user interface in one device and uses the LinkWare documentation software uniformly.

Product features:

  • Multiple wavelengths (850, 1300, 1310, 1490, 1550 and 1625 nm) support LAN, data center, PON, FTTx and outside plant applications.
  • Automatic setup recognizes fiber properties and sets measurement parameters
  • Manual expert mode allows simple adjustments to the automatic settings for detailed measurements.
  • EventMap automatically detects events such as connectors, splices, kinks and splinters
  • Gesture-based user interface for quick detailed trace analysis
  • SmartLoop OTDR technology enables two fibers to be measured in one test, eliminating the need to go to the far end of the link to measure from.
  • Including immediately available, averaged results for bidirectional measurements
  • Can be integrated with LinkWare ™ Live to manage projects and orders from any smart device.
  • The pioneering VersivTM design provides support for copper certification for Cat 8, fiber attenuation, and inspection.
