Leaks in compressed air, gas, and vacuum systems cause unnecessary costs, increase maintenance effort, and often remain undetected for long periods in day-to-day operation. With an acoustic imaging camera, leak detection can be implemented much more efficiently. The Fluke ii500, ii905, and ii915 models are designed for leak detection in compressed air/vacuum/gas applications.
The three models are clearly differentiated as precision acoustic imaging cameras. The ii500 is the entry-level model for visual leak detection. The ii905 extends range and analysis. The ii915 offers the largest scope of functions and adds partial discharge detection and a mechanical mode to leak detection.

Compressed air leaks cause continuous energy losses and often remain undetected for long periods during operation. With the Fluke ii500, ii905, and ii915 acoustic imaging cameras, leaks can be made acoustically visible, localized faster, and assessed more effectively from an economic perspective.
The integrated LeakQ function supports maintenance and servicing in prioritization: With the ii500, assessment is performed using a scale from 1 to 10. With the ii905 and ii915, the analysis includes scale, leak rate, and costs. This allows maintenance teams to identify more quickly which leaks should be repaired first.
With the right accessories, the application range of the acoustic imaging camera can be expanded in a targeted way. The Fluke SB140 sound generator supports applications in which tightness tests are to be performed without pressurization.
An acoustic imaging camera supports fast and targeted leak detection in industrial systems. This primarily offers the following benefits:
