FLUKE 754 | Document process calibrator including HART protocol, battery

  • Point-to-Point mode, the most common operating mode, connects the 754 to a single HART device in a 4-20 mA loop.
  • In multidrop mode, several HART instruments can be connected via buses. The 754 recognizes all devices, identifies addresses in use, and allows you to select the instrument for calibration and similar processes.
  • In burst mode, the HART instrument transmits data packets without waiting for them to be queried by a master device. 754 can take transmitters out of burst mode for tests or calibrations and switch them back to it later.

Print modules

Covers virtually any pressure application including gauge pressure, differential pressure, dual pressure, absolute pressure and vacuum.

  • Displays pressure readings in any of the 10 units of pressure that you specify in the calibrator setup.
  • Robust injection-molded housings coated with urethane protect the modules under harsh operating and environmental conditions.
  • With internal temperature compensation from 0 ° C to 50 ° C for accuracy over the entire range
  • Contains a calibration certificate traceable to NIST
  • Modules can be calibrated on site, which enables better cost control.

The 754 contains all the valuable functions that the tried and tested predecessor 744 already had, and much more besides! HART communication functions are combined into an integrated, communicating calibrator. This stable, reliable tool is ideal for calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HART and other instruments.

As a robust handheld calibrator, the 754 takes over the tasks of several other devices: transmitting, simulating and measuring pressure, temperature and electrical signals. The device offers a new improved graphic display, a Li-ion battery for longer operating times, a USB port and new accessories that complete the package.

The 754 automates calibration procedures and records your data for documentation. And of course it helps you to meet the requirements of demanding standards and regulations such as ISO 9000, FDA, EPA and OSHA.

HART functions

The 754 takes on virtually all of the maintenance and calibration tasks that you perform with a separate communicator. In fact, it provides most of the communication functions of a HART communicator.
