With its wide test voltage range from 10 V to 500 V, this model covers the special requirements of the electronics industry, from low-voltage applications to power levels. The measuring range for insulation resistances ranges from 2 kΩ to 50 GΩ. With the appropriate probes and test voltages of 10 V and 100 V, electrostatic discharge tests (ESD) are also possible.
