BENNING ST 710 device tester (battery operated) for the safety-related testing of portable devices according to DIN VDE 0701-0702.

  • Testing according to DIN VDE 0701-0702 (EN 62638), DGUV regulation 3 (formerly BGVA3), BetrSichV, ÖVE / ÖNORM E 8701 and NEN 3140
  • simple (operation via three buttons)
  • mobile (test can be carried out independently of the network)
  • Test sequence for devices of class I, II (III) via the respective control button
  • Measurements: protective conductor resistance (200 mA test current), insulation resistance (500 V test voltage), protective conductor / contact current (substitute leakage current method), line test including continuity and short-circuit test of the phase / neutral conductor, voltage at external shockproof socket (LN, L-PE, N- PE)
  • The protective conductor / touch current is measured using the substitute leakage current method.
  • Three-phase test objects can be tested by means of differential current measurement using an optional leakage current clamp and measuring adapter
  • Limit values are preset according to the VDE standard
  • Device regulation IEC / EN 61010-1, IEC / EN 61557 part 1, 2, 4, 10
  • Graphic display
