The FLS-0030 XJExpress-FPGA from XJTAG is an ultra-fast, FPGA-accelerated flash programmer for in-system programming via the JTAG port.

It is suitable for programming flash memory connected to FPGAs or FPGA-based SoCs, such as AMD Xilinx Zynq or Intel/Altera Cyclone V. Typical applications include the manufacturing, testing, servicing, and development of assemblies with SPI, QSPI, or parallel NOR flash memory.
