The XJTAG XJAnalyser Module ANA-0010 extends XJTAG systems with powerful capabilities for real-time visualization, analysis, and debugging of JTAG circuits. It enables the graphical representation of JTAG chains and provides pin-level control over digital levels and output states.

The product is particularly well-suited for the development, production testing, repair, and failure analysis of electronic assemblies. Users can monitor pins, set signals, analyze BGA and fine-pitch components without direct test point access, verify manufacturing defects, and investigate intermittent faults using a waveform view.
