A large number of new and existing Weller soldering irons and accessories can be connected to the Weller PU81 / WS81 soldering station. The Weller PU81 / WS81 soldering station is particularly suitable for soldering SMD components and especially for lead-free soldering . The output of 80W enables a strong performance, as well as soldering at high temperatures.

The soldering tip temperature is electronically regulated. The maximum temperature is 450 ° C with a tolerance of ± 2% of the set value. The antistatic design and corresponding protective measures in the control electronics meet all ESD safety requirements and thus protect highly electrically sensitive components. Equipotential bonding to the soldering tip can be implemented using a 3.5 mm jack plug. The control technology of the Weller WS81 soldering station is analogous.
