Description

RS9010A-4K | Highly stable, ultra-precise 4 kOhm resistance standards

The RS9010A-X series resistance standards are highly stable, ultra-precise resistance elements that retain their good properties even in harsh environments.

A special attachment and selected insulating materials guarantee that the resistors are insensitive to thermal and mechanical stress and retain their electrical properties for years. On the one hand, the massive aluminum housing guarantees a high level of robustness of the elements and also offers excellent shielding of the electrical components. Thanks to a special manufacturing process, the housing offers a thermal buffer function so that short-term temperature changes do not affect the measurement. In addition, the resistance elements used are extremely temperature-stable to ensure a wide range of use from 20°C to 30°C.

Internally, the standards are completely thermoelectrically neutral. Selected "Low-Thermal" connection elements made of directly gold-plated copper-tellurium also ensure on the connection side that thermal stresses have the least possible influence on the measurement result.
