The Wayne Kerr HF LCR meters of the 6500P series are the perfect solution for comprehensive and precise component tests and measurements at higher frequencies in manufacturing and quality control.
The basic accuracy of the capacitance, inductance and impedance is excellent ± 0.05%. The accuracy of the loss factor is ± 0.0005 and the accuracy of the quality factor is ± 0.05%.
The HF LCR meters of the Wayne Kerr 6500P series are available in 7 models with frequencies up to 120 MHz. The 6530P variant has a frequency range of 20 Hz - 30 MHz.
