4310R | LCR meter, 20 Hz - 100 kHz basic accuracy: 0.1%, USB, LAN, GPIB

Accurate and fast measurements from 20 Hz to 1 MHz (model 43100R) make the 4300 series the ideal choice for many applications in test or production environments.

The two-test mode enables successive measurements with two different instrument parameters. For example, two AC measurements can be performed at different frequencies, or an AC and Rdc measurement can be performed.

An optional component binning module can be purchased. Limits set in the instrument's binning mode allow a variety of components to be sorted, while the choice between isolated and non-isolated modules increases the flexibility of the user interface.

The optional Scaleizer-Handler module offers PASS / FAIL and data synchronization relay outputs for limit-tested measurements. Two output signal configurations are available.

Up to 20 measurement settings can be saved with user-defined names for later retrieval.

All Wayne Kerr Series 4300 LCR meters can be controlled externally via the standard RS232, GPIB, USB or LAN interfaces.
