TICS0005 | Wideband Shunt, 5 mΩ

The Tektronix TICS0005 is a precise 5 mΩ wideband shunt for IsoVu isolated current probes such as the TICP100, TICP050, and TICP025. It enables high-resolution, low-noise current measurements with a bandwidth of up to 250 MHz and is particularly well-suited for measurements involving high pulse currents.

The product is ideal for high-side and low-side current measurements, wide-bandgap tests, double-pulse tests, power converters, inverters, and the validation of SiC, GaN, FET, and IGBT designs. With plug-and-play integration, automatic scaling, temperature compensation, and integrated protection functions, the TICS0005 ensures reliable measurements even in demanding test environments.
