Active differential probes provide better signal reproduction and quality for high frequency measurements. Thanks to their extremely low input capacity and their versatile connection options for test specimens, the active, asymmetrical probes TDP1500 (bandwidth 1.5 GHz) and TDP3500 (bandwidth 3.5 GHz) offer excellent electrical and mechanical high-speed performance, which is required for modern digital system technology. The TDP1500 and TDP3500 differential probes were specially developed for use with and for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI probe interface.
