TAP1500 | Probe, active 10X, 1.5 GHz, ± 8 V, TekVPI

The TAP1500 from Tektronix is a high performance single-ended active FET probe for precise signal measurements in modern digital systems. With a bandwidth of ≥1.5 GHz and an input capacitance of ≤1 pF, it offers fast and accurate signal acquisition. The compact probe head enables the measurement of small circuit elements, while accessories ensure connection with SMDs up to 0.5 mm pitch. Ideal for applications in high-speed system design, component characterization and educational research.
