The P6139B oscilloscope probe offers a bandwidth of 500 MHz with an input resistance of 10 MΩ. The input capacitance is 8 pF with a compensation range of 8 to 18 pF. The probe can be connected directly to Tektronix oscilloscopes with an input resistance of 1 MΩ via BNC using the TekProbe interface.
