P2220 | Probe, passive 10X / 1X, 200 MHz, 300 V

The passive probe P2220 with 200 MHz enables the selection of 1-fold or 10-fold damping with the help of a switch on the test head.

The P2220 is compatible with the TDS200, TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, TDS2000B and TPS2000 series oscilloscopes.

In addition, it also offers a potential-free measuring capability of up to 30 Veff with oscilloscopes from the TPS2000 series.
