AFG3011C | Arbitrary function generator AFG3000C series, 1 channel, 10 MHz, 250 MSa / s, 128K Points

Modern designs are often complex and require a variety of stimulus signals during testing. With 12 standard waveforms, functions for any waveform, and signal degradation options, the Tektronix AFG3000C Series Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG) supports a wide range of application requirements with one instrument.

The first-class performance ensures that the signals are reproduced accurately. A large display and 25 shortcut key combinations make the function generators of the Tektronix AFG3000C series both easy to learn and easy to use.

The AFG3000C series arbitrary function generators are available both as 1-channel and 2-channel models. The available output frequency ranges from 10 MHz - 150 MHz.

Product features:

  • Two-channel models: Cost savings and laboratory space by replacing two signal generators with a signal generator that delivers two closely synchronized or two completely independent signals.
  • Sampling rate up to 2 GS / s: generation of signals with high temporal resolution.
  • Amplitude up to 20 V Sp-Sp with a load of 50 Ω (AFG3011): Cost and setup time saved by generating signals with large amplitudes without using an external power amplifier.
  • 25 shortcut keys: Less setup and evaluation time through direct access to frequently used functions and parameters.
  • Large 5.6-inch (142-mm) color display: High signal reliability, as all important settings and signal displays can be seen at a glance.
  • Depth only 168 mm: optimal use of valuable work space.
  • ArbExpress software: Simple generation and modification of signals - seamless import of signals from the Tektronix oscilloscope or creation of signals using a math editor, freehand tool, graphic point entry or signal calculation.
