The Tektronix AFG1000 series comprises two arbitrary function generators, each with two channels, a bandwidth of up to 60 MHz and an output amplitude of up to 10 Vp-p. The four operating modes, 50 integrated, frequently used waveforms and the integrated 200 MHz frequency counter cover most of the requirements for waveform generation in your experiment and test orders. The 3.95-inch TFT display, the key combinations, the USB interface and the PC software offer intuitive options for configuring the instrument.
