The Pendulum EMC Scanner SCN-564 of the Pendulum / Detectus SCN-500 series measures both electromagnetic emission and interference immunity. The measurement result is displayed as easy-to-interpret two- or three-dimensional colored maps (depending on the model) that clearly show hotspots in high resolution. Repeated measurements in the early stages of the design effectively reduce the risk of expensive and time-consuming redesigns.
For a complete measuring system you only need a normal PC, a spectrum analyzer and the scanner, which already contains a near-field probe kit including preamplifier and the scan software.
The EMV / EMC scanners of the Detectus SCN-500 series offer, thanks to the high step resolution of only 0.1 mm, an excellent price / performance ratio.
The SCN-500 series is available in three sizes and can be two- or four-dimensional. The 2D model only measures in the XY plane, while the 4D models measure in XYZ and also rotate the probe head around the Z axis. Each model can be equipped with a 3, 6 or 10 GHz probe set. There is also an option for precision laser distance measurement for the 4D models.
The model SCN-564-6G presented here is a 4D scanner with 6 GHz. It measures 600 x 400 x 300 mm and is ideal for large-format objects.
The model SCN-564 is also available as a 3 GHz variant (SCN-564 / 3G). The EMV scanners of the SCN-500 series are also available as 2D models with 200 x 100 mm (SCN-522) and other 4D models with 200 x 100 x 100 mm (SCN-524) and 300 x 200 x 100 mm (SCN- 534).
