RT-ZA51 | 3.5mm(f) adapter for RZ-Zxx probes (1803.5365.02)

The R&S RT-ZA51 is an adapter with R&S probe interface 1 and standard USB-C, 3.5 mm and DC jack connectors. It allows you to power and control your Rohde & Schwarz probe even without a matching Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscope. The adapter enables you to connect any compatible Rohde & Schwarz probe to measuring instruments with an input impedance of 50 Ω, such as sampling oscilloscopes, network analyzers or spectrum analyzers. The probe is powered and controlled via the adapter's USB-C interface. In combination with the R&S RT-ZA50 probe interface extender, the R&S RT-ZA51 brings the Rohde & Black probe interface 1 closer to your test setup, allowing an extended range between your DUT and the oscilloscope.

Note when using with RT-ZMXXX probes: Using the termination voltage feature requires an external 12 V DC power supply to function correctly.
