The modular RT-ZM130 probe meets today's requirements for measuring fast data signals with a technically sophisticated, easy-to-use solution. This probe meets the demand for a wide bandwidth and high measurement dynamics combined with a low capacitive load.

The RT-ZM130 achieves a bandwidth of up to 13 GHz in connection with its amplifier module.
