SMB100B | Signal generator basic unit, 8 kHz - 1 / 3 or 6 GHz frequency range (1422.1000.02)

The new R&S SMB100B RF signal generator stands for performance and versatility in a small footprint. The impressive features of the SMB100B include outstanding spectral purity and very high output power combined with extensive functionality and very easy operation.

Thanks to the innovative synthesizer, the SSB phase noise is just <–132 dBc (measured) at 1 GHz and an offset of 20 kHz. The output power can be increased with options K31 and B32 up to 34 dBm (measured) at 1 GHz. Depending on the option selected, the Rohde & Schwarz SMB100B offers a frequency range from 8 kHz to 1 GHz, 3 GHz or 6 Ghz.

The large 5 “touch display enables intuitive operation. Define your own user menu and access the functions you need even faster.
