The R&S NRP18S three-path diode probe is a stand-alone, fully characterized device.

They can be operated with the R&S NRP2 // NRX base unit, with a laptop / PC via USB and with many Rohde & Schwarz devices (e.g. signal generators, signal and spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
