The Picotest Component Test Fixture (CTF) is a powerful test fixture for fast and highly precise impedance and S-parameter measurement of SMD components. Thanks to the combination of precise fixture design, special calibrators, and matched test mounts, the CTF enables measurements down to the pH and pF range, thus supporting significantly higher model accuracy than pure datasheet assumptions. Especially in demanding applications such as power integrity, AI/data centers, FPGA/ASICs, and systems with high dynamic load currents, the CTF delivers the measurement data required for reliable PDN/impedance simulations.
