Technical Data

Description

PQ466 | VNA-R06 Lite Kit, USB Vector Network Analyzer

The Pico VNA-R06 is a compact vector network analyzer for reflection and transmission measurements in the frequency range from 300 kHz to 6.4 GHz. It supports the S11 and S21 measurement parameters and offers measurement bandwidths ranging from 140 kHz to 10 Hz. Depending on the measurement task, users can choose between high measurement speed and lower noise.

Four display channels, each with two measurement curves, are available for data analysis. Measurement values can be displayed as logarithmic or linear amplitude, phase, group delay, VSWR, real and imaginary parts, Smith chart, polar plot, or in the time domain, among other options. In addition, the device supports averaging, smoothing, and Hanning and Kaiser-Bessel filtering for time-domain measurements.

The integrated signal generator covers 300 kHz to 6.4 GHz with a frequency resolution of 10 Hz. The test signal level is adjustable from 0 to -20 dBm in 0.1-dB steps. Sweep plans with up to 10,001 points are supported; with 201 points, the sweep time is 20.2 ms for S11 and 33.1 ms for S11 + S21 under the conditions specified in the data sheet.

The device connects to the control PC via USB-C. For automated test tasks, a standalone API with examples in C, C++, and Python is available, as well as SCPI remote control via VNA Control 5. Supported operating systems include Linux, Windows 10 or later, macOS 11 or later, and Raspberry Pi 4 or later. The Pico VNA-R06 measures 280 x 174 x 61 mm without connectors and weighs 2.1 kg.

The Pico VNA-R06 Lite Kit PQ466 includes the instrument with the basic accessories for mobile and PC-based use.
