The Pendulum CNT-104R is a multi-channel rubidium frequency calibrator/analyzer in a compact benchtop unit. This all-in-one device combines an ultra-stable 10 MHz rubidium frequency reference with an advanced 4 channel frequency analyzer. It allows simultaneous calibration of up to four oscillators/clocks on the four input channels.
The optional GNSS control of the Rubidium time base eliminates the minimal aging drifts and provides unprecedented accuracy in a compact solution. The large graphical screen allows you to observe the drift over time as well as the frequency distribution, complemented by traditional numerical and statistical parameters. The CNT-104R offers gapless measurements, a time resolution of <7 ps, a frequency resolution of 12-13 digits per second and a variable gate time setting from 50 ns to 1000 s.
The CNT-104R offers an excellent price/performance ratio and intuitive operation. The graphical displays, such as time history and frequency distributions, enable better analysis of the results and help to visualize trends such as frequency drift. The following features are particularly noteworthy:
