The PXIe-LCR5101 bundle includes the PXIe-1083 5-slot PXI chassis and the PXIe-4190 PXI LCR meter. The PXIe-4190 is an inductance, capacitance, and resistance (LCR) meter with class fF capacitance measurements and a precision source measure unit (SMU) with class fA current measurements that let you measure and verify the LCR of electronic devices. The PXIe-4190 can be used in CV/IV (capacitance-voltage-current-voltage) test systems for semiconductor applications and is supported by the NI-DCPower device driver, which includes APIs for LabVIEW, C, C# .NET, Python, and other programming languages. The included chassis has all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt 3 MXI-Express controller.
