The NI-9231 is a high-performance module designed for high-channel density sound and vibration signal acquisition. It supports a wide range of sensors, including IEPE and non-IEPE sensors such as accelerometers, tachometers, and proximity probes. With a wide dynamic range, it is ideal for modern measurement microphones and accelerometers and enables simultaneous measurements. The module features a TEDS input path and a 2 mA IEPE excitation source that can be turned on and off to optimize sensor usage and simplify data acquisition system setup.

The cDAQ‑9171 is a rugged and portable CompactDAQ USB chassis that enables seamless integration of USB-enabled sensors and electrical measurements. It accommodates a variety of hot-swappable C-Series I/O modules and features four integrated 32-bit counter/timers for additional functionality.
