The Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Industrial Safety Regulation, and DGUV Regulation 3 require the inspection of work equipment and electrical systems. This also applies to the field of e-mobility, specifically electric charging stations, wall boxes, charging points, and charging cables with and without ICCB.

Here, you will learn how to properly conduct inspections of charging stations and charging infrastructure, as well as how to simulate fault conditions, including practical implementation.

    • Workplace Ordinance

    • Charging Station Ordinance
    • DGUV Regulation 3
  • Protective measures according to VDE 0100-410
  • Requirements for measuring equipment
  • Detailed test steps according to VDE 0100-600 and VDE 0105-100/A1
  • Detailed test steps according to VDE 0702 for charging cables with ICCB
  • Requirements according to VDE 0122-1
  • Fault simulation in states A, B, C, and D
  • Documentation of tests

Objective:

Safe and standards-compliant execution of initial and recurring tests of electrical charging stations, charging points and charging cables by "qualified electricians who are authorized to carry out tests" as well as "persons authorized to perform tests".

Target group:

Qualified electricians, persons authorized to perform tests (electrical engineering)

Completion:

You will receive a certificate (upon successful completion of the learning assessment) or a certificate of attendance with a detailed list of the seminar content covered as proof of expertise.

Prerequisites:

A prerequisite for this seminar is prior attendance at a basic measurement seminar or comparable knowledge.
