Introductory seminar on testing power generators (SEA) for electrical safety.

Safe and standards-compliant testing of power generators (SEA), taking into account the testing requirements for electrical equipment, installations, and machinery. Power generators place very high demands on the skills of the qualified person responsible for testing electrical safety. With the introduction of inverter-based SEA in traditional application areas such as construction sites, auxiliary services, and vehicles, the previously widespread protection concepts are being virtually “turned upside down.” Learn from the instructor how to distinguish between the various normative principles you need to observe, and discuss with other participants the problems that arise in everyday practice.

    • Operational Safety Ordinance
    • DGUV Regulation 3
    • DGUV Information 203-032
  • Protective measures for rotating power generators and static converters according to VDE 0100-410 and VDE 0100-551
  • Requirements for measuring equipment
  • Test procedures according to VDE 0100-600, VDE 0113-1, VDE 0105-100/A1, DIN EN ISO 8528-13, DIN 14685 ff, DIN 6280-10
  • Operating concepts for power generators (grounding, PRCD-K, use of battery buffers)

Objective:

Safe and standards-compliant testing of power generators (SEA) including the testing requirements of electrical devices, systems and machines.

Target group:

Qualified electricians, persons authorized to perform testing (electrical engineering)

Completion:

You will receive a certificate of attendance with a detailed list of the seminar content covered as proof of expertise.
