Certificate course for qualification as an authorized inspector in accordance with BetrSichV and TRBS 1203.

Do you also inspect your welding equipment as if it were ordinary portable work equipment? Contrary to this widespread belief and practice, it must be noted that inspection in accordance with VDE 0702 is not sufficient to ensure that welding equipment complies with standards and is safe. The primary goal of these inspections is to ensure the safety and health protection of employees. The standard VDE 0544-4 (EN 60974-4) serves as the basis for the periodic inspection of arc welding equipment.

    • Charging Station Ordinance
    • DGUV Regulation 3
  • Changes in VDE 0544-4:2025-12
  • Protective measures according to VDE 100-410
  • Requirements for measuring equipment
  • Detailed test procedures according to VDE 0544-4 (EN 60974-4)
  • Testing of battery-powered welding power sources

Objective:

Safe and standards-compliant testing of arc welding equipment by "qualified persons" taking into account manufacturer specifications.

Target Group:

Electrical specialists, qualified persons (electrical engineering)

Completion:

You will receive a certificate (upon successful completion of the learning assessment) or a certificate of attendance with a detailed list of the seminar content covered as proof of expertise.

Prerequisites:

A prerequisite for this seminar is prior attendance at a basic measurement seminar or comparable knowledge.
