In the EMC Experimental Seminar on Immunity—Fundamentals & Interference Suppression, you will learn to analyze and resolve immunity issues related to bursts, ESD, and RF coupling (conducted or via antenna). You will conduct experiments independently, gain hands-on experience with measurement techniques, and learn the steps for suppressing interference in assemblies. Real-world examples illustrate typical EMC issues such as signal interference at interfaces and ESD effects. At your experimental station, you will independently examine and troubleshoot an assembly.
Seminar Objective:
- Gain a fundamental understanding of EMC relationships in layout and circuitry
- Identify EMC phenomena in electronics and understand their causes in context
- Implement appropriate modifications to the layout and circuitry to evaluate and resolve disruptive EMC phenomena
- Using the knowledge gained in the seminar, you will be able to implement cost-effective, optimal, and EMC-compliant solutions for your development projects
Target Audience:
Engineers and technicians involved in immunity and emissions testing throughout the development process
Certification:
You will receive a certificate of participation.
