The Keysight Y1900C is a high-precision coaxial adapter with a 1.0 mm standard male connector and a 1.0 mm ruggedized female connector designed for the frequency range from DC to 120 GHz. With a typical insertion loss of 0.5 dB at 110 GHz and 0.7 dB at 120 GHz and a return loss of 14 dB between 75 and 120 GHz, it offers excellent RF performance. The adapter is designed for a maximum continuous power of 10 W and has a repeatability of -35 dB. It is ideal for high-frequency measurement applications, including on-wafer and coaxial measurements, where the highest precision and reliability are required.
