The Keysight W4636A is a compact 2-wing BGA interposer for DDR4 x16 devices in JEDEC-96 ball format, developed for logic analyzers such as the U4154B. It enables the tapping of address, command, control and partial DQ/DQS signals at data rates of up to 2.4 Gb/s. Its particularly small keep-out volume (KOV) allows it to be used in densely populated test setups without additional risers and offers a cost-effective solution for precise memory analysis.
