U2941A | Test adapter USB - SMU

With the Keysight U2941A test adapter for parametric measurement, complex cabling and complicated measurement setups have come to an end. The U2941A test adapter draws its operating voltage from the modular USB-SMUs (Source / Measure Units) U2722A / U2723A and offers a variety of component sockets to choose from, so that measurements on electronic components are considerably simplified. The included Keysight (formerly Agilent's electronic measurement technology) Parametric Measurement Software (PC) makes it easier to set up and carry out the measurement and record the measurement data.
