Keysight U1818B | Active differential probe tip, 100 kHz to 12 GHz, for spectrum / network analyzers.

  • Wide bandwidth range from 100 kHz to 12 GHz
  • Particularly flat frequency response: ± 1.5 dB
  • Very low self-noise component: -130 dBm / Hz at 10 MHz to 12 GHz; this enables measurements on signals with very low amplitudes
  • Power supply to the probe by the HF measuring device, which must have a special probe supply output or by a separate laboratory power supply
  • Note: The actual probe tip is not supplied and must be selected according to the measurement requirements and ordered separately.

U1818B | 100 KHz to 12 GHz active differential probe

This active, differential probe tip U1818B, for use in conjunction with spectrum or network analyzers and VSA (vector signal analyzers), is characterized by a very wide bandwidth range from 100 kHz to 12 GHz. Comparable to an oscilloscope probe tip, measurements can be carried out very quickly in a circuit or short-term changes that are made in a circuit can be verified.

Characteristic of this active, differential probe tip is its very low noise component, the particularly flat frequency response and the direct power supply through the HF measuring device used.
