N9311X-100 | Near field probe set, 30 MHz to 3 GHz

The set N9311X-100 consists of magnetic near-field probes, with the help of which a radiation analyzer can be used to detect emissions from a device, a module, ICs or an entire circuit. Even leaks on shields or on the entire device can be detected. This gives the engineer in development or the test laboratory the opportunity to make appropriate improvements at an early stage of development.

The set consists of 4 different near-field samples and a connection cable. Three near-field samples have a frequency range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. While one covers a frequency range from 30 MHz to 2 GHz.
