The Keysight N9010B EXA is a powerful, cost-effective X-Series spectrum analyzer for development, verification and production. Depending on the configuration level, it covers a wide frequency range from low frequency to the millimeter wave range and provides broad analysis bandwidths for modern radio standards. The capacitive multi-touch operation, preset measurement applications and fast sweep times speed up troubleshooting and characterization in the laboratory and in production. Typical fields of application are mobile communications (2G-5G), WLAN/Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IoT modules, broadband microwave and satellite links, radar/avionics as well as EMC pre-testing and teaching.
The EXA is available in model variants up to 44 GHz (50 Ω RF input) and offers finely adjustable resolution bandwidths from 1 Hz as well as digital analysis bandwidths up to 40 MHz. Low intrinsic noise (DANL) and good phase noise deliver high sensitivity and dynamic range, while amplitude accuracy in the tenths of a dB range ensures reproducible results. The device has a 10.6" multi-touch display, fast signal processing and extensive interfaces (USB, LAN, GPIB, trigger/IF-I/O) for automation and system integration; robust mechanics, wide-range power supply and optional preamplifiers/applications round off the profile.
The spectrum analyzer is an indispensable piece of measuring equipment in development, production or quality assurance. ...
