N2778A | Multi mode socketed head for N2750A-52A

This InfiniiMode probe attachment is used in order to be able to plug its connections onto corresponding bases or 2.5 mm pins (0.1 inch). The attachment contains a damping resistor to achieve a flat frequency response over the specified bandwidth. The best results can be achieved if this attachment is used for differential measurements within the specification limits of the InfiniiMode probe.
