N1422A | High value resistor box for N1299A-301 evaluation kit

The box N1422A contains a 100 GΩ resistor to evaluate the high-ohm measuring devices B2985A and B2987A. If a separate external voltage source is also used, the Pico / Femto ammeters B2981A and B2983A can also be checked. Contacts are made either via coax or triax connections.
